About the Kintetsu The Sightseeing Limited Express"Blue symphony"

"Blue symphony" is a Kintetsu The Sightseeing Limited Express that connects Osaka Abenobashi with Yoshino(Nara pre.) without transfers. Based on the concept of "high-quality travel for adults," the train is attractive for its comfortable facilities not found on other trains, such as spacious and comfortable seats, special desserts that can only be purchased on board, and a library with guidebooks from the area along the line.

All seats are wide deluxe seats arranged in two rows plus one row. Materials have been carefully selected with an emphasis on texture so that you can relax in a high-quality space. Prices and reservation methods

To ride the Kintetsu The Sightseeing Limited Express"Blue symphony," you will need a "Limited Express Ticket" in addition to a "Board Ticket" (paper tickets and IC cards such as ICOCA are acceptable). All seats are reserved, so you will specify your seat when purchasing the limited express ticket in advance. If you are using the "Kintetsu Rail Pass," a discount available to foreign visitors to Japan, you will only need to purchase the "Limited Express Ticket" to board the train.

Express tickets for the "Blue symphony" can be purchased at major Kintetsu stations, and can also be reserved and purchased through the Kintetsu Express Ticket Web Reservation Service. (Express tickets can be purchased from 10:30 one month before the boarding date.) As there are only a few seats, we recommend that you make your reservation early.
