Otsuka International Museum of Art (Tokushima Naruto City , Tokushima Prefecture)

The Otsuka International Museum of Art is a museum of ceramic panel reproductions of masterpieces, displaying over 1,000 Western masterpieces from ancient times to the present day, held in the collections of more than 190 museums in 26 countries around the world.

At the Otsuka International Museum of Art, the water lilies, beloved by the Impressionist painter Claude Monet, are now in full bloom.

Why not enjoy the scenery as it transforms into a magnificent spectacle, leading up to the peak season for water lilies from June to August, while appreciating the beauty of these famous paintings?

With a permanent exhibition area of approximately 30,000 square meters and a viewing route of approximately 4 kilometers, this is the largest ceramic panel museum in Japan and is unparalleled in the world. Over 1,000 masterpieces of Western art from ancient times to the present, housed in over 190 art museums in 26 countries around the world, are reproduced in full size on ceramic panels. NFT Naruto Museum of Art ( Naruto City , Tokushima Prefecture)

The NFT Naruto Art Museum is located in Mount Myoken Park, a well-known cherry blossom viewing spot in Naruto City .

In addition to exhibiting works of art and fine art, we also enable the issuance, review, sale, and distribution of NFTs related to artworks, aiming to promote and develop the NFT model for works of art and fine art within Japan.

The Naruto Galle Forest Museum in Naruto City reopened as the NFT Naruto Museum in 2021. In addition to exhibiting fine art and artworks, the museum is also able to issue, review, sell, and distribute NFTs related to artworks, aiming to popularize and develop the NFTization of fine art and artworks in Japan.

The origins of Otani ware are said to date back to the late Edo period, specifically to 1780 (An'ei 9). It is characterized by its large-scale pottery and the climbing kilns used to fire it. In recent years, a wide range of products have been produced, from everyday items such as teacups and bowls to works of art.

Ohara Museum of Art (Okayama, Kurashiki City)

Established in Showa , this is Japan's first private art museum focusing on Western paintings. It houses numerous famous Western masterpieces, including El Greco's "Annunciation," Claude Monet's "Water Lilies," and works by Renoir and Gauguin. In addition, it holds approximately 3,000 other works of art, including ancient Egyptian art and modern and contemporary Western and Japanese art.

Ohara Museum of Art

Japan's first private Western art museum was established in 1930 (Showa 5) by Magosaburo Ohara, a businessman who contributed to the cultural development of Kurashiki. The main building displays many famous Western masterpieces, including El Greco's ``The Annunciation,'' Claude Monet's ``Water Lilies,'' Renoir, and Gauguin. The museum also houses approximately 3,000 works of art, including ancient Egyptian art, modern Western art, and modern and contemporary Japanese art. [About the Ohara Museum of Art building] The designer, Kazue Yakushiji, joined the Kurashiki Silk Textile Co., Ltd., whose founder, Magosaburo Ohara, was the president, and as Ohara's right-hand man, he worked on many buildings related to the company and the Ohara family. The huge pillars at the entrance look like marble at first glance, but they are actually made of reinforced concrete, and are made by mixing stone powder with mortar and using plastering techniques. No photography allowed inside the building

Bizen Osafune Sword Museum (Okayama Bizen City)

The Bizen Osafune Sword Museum is a rare museum in Japan that specializes in exhibiting Japanese swords. Visitors can observe resident swordsmiths at work in the forge (sword-making workshop) located on the premises. It is a comprehensive sword museum that can be enjoyed with all five senses: seeing, hearing, touching, and experiencing.

Okayama and Naruto can be accessed by car via bridges connecting Honshu and Shikoku.

The Seto , connecting Kurashiki City in Okayama Prefecture Kurashiki City and Sakaide City in Kagawa Prefecture , is a major route connecting Honshu and Shikoku.

You can access Naruto City by crossing the Seto into Shikoku and then heading towards Tokushima .

Alternatively, if you are traveling to Naruto from the Kansai area, you can cross the Akashi Strait to Awaji Island , and then access Naruto City via the Naruto .

It takes about 2-3 hours to get from Okayama to Naruto by car.
