Offering MATCHA Readers a Free Stay at a Hotel in Kyoto!

Due to COVID-19, travel has stopped around the globe, and lodging facilities in Japan, including Kyoto, are facing a large number of cancellations. The appeals of Kyoto's rich history and culture remain unchanged, however.

We invite readers to Bijuu, a hotel in Kyoto offering the opportunity to stay for free for MATCHA readers post-coronavirus. Please read until the end of this article to find details and the application form.

Located near Shijo Kawaramachi in central Kyoto, it takes five minutes on foot to the Gion district from the hotel. Yasaka Shrine is ten minutes away, and Kiyomizu-dera Temple is 25 minutes away on foot. Guests will feel as if they are staying at a vacation home in Kyoto.

MATCHA is extending an invitation for a free stay at Bijuu to two lucky groups of readers. The details and how to enter are as follows:

Application Deadline: May 31, 2020
Accommodation Period: July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2022.
Length of Stay: One Night. (Breakfast is not included.)
Winners: Two Groups (Two people maximum per group. The room will be determined by the hotel.)
