KitKat Japan is getting ready for summer with a refreshing new line-up.

First, the always popular KitKat PREMIUM MINT is back again. This summer favorite consists of refreshing mint cream sandwiched between wafers covered in dark chocolate.
The KitKat PREMIUM CITRUS MINT is a completely new addition. The cream between the wafers is infused with lemon powder. White mint-flavored chocolate mixed with feuilletine crunch covers this refreshing summer treat.

Chocolate, candy, and drinks with a high salt content are considered healthy for preventing heat-related illnesses during summer. The limited-edition KitKat Ocean Salt is a white chocolate-based candy bar filled with vanilla cream infused with sea salt from the Setouchi region.
These three KitKat summer-limited products have been already released and are available throughout the summer. A pack of twelve mini KitKat retails for about 400 yen.
