Hilton Hiroshima’s MOZAIK Restaurant invites guests to step into the whimsical world of Wonderland this fall, with their delightful black and red Alice in Wonderland themed dessert buffet.

Alice’s Black and Red Tea Party features over 20 kinds of unique sweets that are not only delicious but are also an absolute feast for the eyes!

The restaurant’s stylish dining area has been decked out in Wonderland-themed decor, and guests will feel as though they’ve stepped into a storybook world.

The overall aesthetic is adorable and whimsical—the black and red color scheme also gives it somewhat of a gothic vibe, making the restaurant a great stop for Halloween!

A Dessert Menu Inspired by Alice in Wonderland

Each dessert is like a small work of art and draws its inspiration from the world of Wonderland.

The striking “Queen of Hearts, Checkmate?!” shortcake is decorated to look like a chessboard, and features beautiful heart details! The “Hatter” chocolate brownies have been made to look just like adorable miniature top hats, and are almost too cute to eat!

Wonderland’s famous “Drink Me” bottles are available in delicious blueberry and cassis yogurt flavors—luckily, we don’t think these particular concoctions will make diners magically grow taller or shrink to the size of a mouse, but you never know!

Other desserts include extravagant macaron towers, opulent berry tarts, chocolates, mousses, Mont Blanc cakes, and ice cream. The buffet will even feature “Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee chocolate fountains" colored in black and red!

Many of the desserts have been made using fall fruit such as raspberries, cherries, and pears. Many feature flavors that will suit more mature tastes, such as delicious dark chocolate and black cherry.

Each aesthetically-pleasing dessert is delightfully photogenic, and these sweets are sure to liven up any Instagram page!

There will also be a range of Wonderland-themed savory meal options available at the restaurant. These are perfect for those who don’t have so much of a sweet tooth, or who want to enjoy a full meal!

No tea party is complete without tea, and the buffet offers its guests 12 varieties! These include elegant Earl Gray, Darjeeling, and vanilla rooibos blends from luxury tea brand Ronnefeldt. There are over 20 drink varieties in total on offer including tea and coffee drinks, so there will be something for everyone at the buffet!

Only up to one hundred guests can enter each day, so you'll need to be quick to secure a seat at the Mad Hatter's table!
