This is the popular Indian restaurant franchise, Samrat.

A large part of their continued popularity are their reasonable prices: one of their lunch sets features your choice of three types of curry, naan or rice, salad and a drink for only 1000 yen. The naan and rice are all-you-can-eat too.

They have both a halal menu and a non-halal menu, so be prepared to indicate which you will need when entering the restaurant. The restaurant is open until 5:00 AM, so you can enjoy their tasty foods even late at night (last order is at 4:30 AM). Their shop has been undergoing renovations and will re-open from June 2016.
