Hirudokoro "Takasaki"

Enjoy sashimi and grilled "Kano crab" from lunchtime.

Ajidokoro Takasaki, a traditional Japanese restaurant located near the Nagamachi Samurai District in Kanazawa, is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The restaurant, which is popular with a wide range of customers from locals to tourists, has opened its second store, "Hirudokoro Takasaki", at Korinbo Tokyu Square GF. From November to March, when crab fishing season in Ishikawa Prefecture opens, the restaurant will cook crabs taken from the fish tanks inside the restaurant upon receiving an order, so you can enjoy extremely fresh Kano crab sashimi and grilled crab.
