What is the Japan Select Oshi Market 2025?

This event allows you to experience the charms of various parts of Japan through food, where you can purchase selected delicious specialties (local specialties) from all over Japan and get tourist information. You can also taste sweets and sake popular with foreigners, as well as traditional Japanese food such as onigiri.

Event Schedule

The event will be held at AEON Mall Musashimurayama from Saturday, September 6th to Sunday, September 7th, 2025, and at KITTE Marunouchi from Friday, September 12th to Monday, September 15th (national holiday). Please note that opening hours vary by venue.

How to enjoy the event and content introduction

The main attraction of the event is, without a doubt, being able to purchase local specialties from all over Japan. You can purchase local specialties that are only found in the region without having to travel there. You can also get tourist information, so you'll feel like you're traveling to the region. ① National Recommended Uma Corner (sales corner for local specialties from all over Japan)

This is the main content section where you can purchase local specialties from all over Japan. We sell popular and standard products from all over Japan. We have a wide selection of local products, including sweets, drinks, and snacks.

② Local Recommended Food Corner (Local Product Sales Corner)

This corner sells onigiri, a popular food in Japan, as well as limited-edition products from all over Japan. There's a wide selection of local onigiri made with ingredients from all over Japan, exclusive to the event, and products that can only be purchased in the region (cider & craft cola, potato chips, canned goods, ice cream, etc.), so be sure to give them a try.

③ Disaster Area Support Corner

This corner supports the areas affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake and the heavy rain disaster in northern Yamagata Prefecture. We will be selling Wajima lacquerware, a craft of the Noto Peninsula, as well as local specialties from Ishikawa and Yamagata prefectures. Support the affected areas by purchasing products from them!

④Charm Promotion Stage (Local Promotion Stage)

Local mascots will appear to promote the charms of the region. Local mascots that you don't normally get to see will introduce tourist information and recommended local products.

⑤ Oshiuma Gacha (Gacha Campaign)

We will be holding a campaign where people who spend over 3,000 yen at the event venue will have the chance to win local specialties. Buy local specialties and participate in the campaign! We will also have local candy as a participation prize.

⑥Local PR booth

Fukuoka Prefecture will be exhibiting at the 2nd KITTE Marunouchi to promote tourism in the region. We will be promoting tourist information and recommended local products, so please use this as reference for your upcoming trip.

How to get to the event venue

AEON Mall Musashimurayama is accessible by bus from Tachikawa Station and other stations. KITTTE Marunouchi is easily accessible, just a one-minute walk from Tokyo Station. It is connected to the subway (Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line Tokyo Station) by an underground passage. Located right next to Tokyo Station, the starting point for sightseeing in Tokyo, it's easy to visit.
