Highlight of Yokohama is a 5-minute spectacular show of light and music. This year, a record 42 facilities are participating, making it a show of grand scale.

During the Yokohama at Night 2024 event, the show is performed every 30 minutes, so you can enjoy it no matter when you visit.

For the best experience of the Highlight of Yokohama, it is recommended to view it from the Osanbashi Rooftop Plaza.

2. Osanbashi Whale Seat

The Osanbashi Whale Seat is a participatory outdoor projection mapping that boasts one of the largest scales in Japan.

The mother and baby whales projected onto the wooden deck evoke the feeling of traveling together across the vast ocean.

In particular, the light whales seen from Osanbashi are breathtaking. As you watch the mother and baby whales gracefully swimming through the night in Yokohama, take your time to enjoy a leisurely stroll!

How to Get to Yokohama at Night 2024

To get to Yokohama at Night Yorunoyo 2024, we recommend taking the train.

- Get off at Bashamichi Station on the Yokohama Minato Mirai Line and walk for 8 minutes.
- Get off at Sakuragicho Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and walk for 13 minutes.

Additionally, accessing the venue by car may be challenging as there is no nearby parking and you could get caught in traffic, so it’s best to use public transportation.
