Photogenic sweet gyoza? That’s not right!

For those who might worry about that, there are plenty of exquisite gyoza made using traditional methods at Craft Gyoza Fest TOKYO 2025.

For example, Special Handmade Yaki Gyoza provided by the debut vendor Asiatic Kappo Shinbashi Renge, features a filling with the perfect ratio of pork 3: veggies 7, packed into a thick skin, making it a popular choice.

In addition, you can enjoy authentic tastes such as Plump Shrimp Steamed Gyoza (Hong Kong Dim Sum House) and Winged Yaki Xiao Long Bao developed by a famous dim sum chef from a renowned Taiwanese restaurant, showcasing meticulous flavors.

Look Out! A New Sensation: Synergy Style Gyoza

Unique Synergy Style gyoza that utilizes distinctive ingredients.

For example, the Shinshu Wasabi Beef Gyoza (Jagena) with accent of Shinshu wasabi powder, and the Sticky and Fluffy Field Yam Gyoza (Gyoza (kou)) that leverages knowledge from former farmers, offer visually and taste-wise interesting options.

Additionally, the previously mentioned 100% Black Wagyu Ground Beef Gyoza from Tamagawa Meat Shop has a satisfying bite similar to that of a hamburger, making it a must-try item.
