Atarashi Momiji Osakikamijima Lemons are a product that was joint developed by Nishikido, a famous momiji manju (*2) maker, and Andersen, a bakery that has spread across the country.
Lemons produced in Osakikamijima Hiroshima have been added into the dough which is then filled with a custard that uses lemon filling. You can strongly taste the sourness of the lemon, giving these sweets a refreshing flavor.
*2 Momiji Manju: A steamed bun made in the shape of a maple leaf that is a staple Hiroshima souvenir.

Ika-ten is dried squid that is coated in batter and then fried in oil. It is also used in okonomiyaki, a local food of Hiroshima.
Ika-ten had a strong image of being bar food as it is often served with alcoholic beverages, but the Setouchi Lemon Flavored Ika-ten became popular nationwide as ika-ten that is easy for everyone to eat.
The added sourness from the lemon neutralizes the heaviness of the ika-ten, and the bite-sized pieces make it a great, easy snack all around.

This is lemon cider that uses the juice from a whole Hiroshima lemon. It does not contain any sugar and has added Hiroshima moshio (*3). It appears to have been developed this way to make the lemon flavor more prominent. It is even offered as a drink on domestic flights through the Japanese airline company ANA.
This drink is recommended for those who are health-conscious as it contains zero calories. It is also used as a mixer for alcohols such as vodka and shochu too, which make for some great cocktails.
*3 Moshio: Salt taken from seaweed.

When talking about famous products of Hiroshima, oysters also come to mind. This is a can of Hiroshima oysters and seaweed salted lemons that are pickled in olive oil. It is great to eat as is as a snack, with or without a drink on the side. It's also great as a pasta sauce and even goes well with fried foods too.
Aside from oysters, the product is also available with minke whale or blue mussels. As it is a canned good, it has a long shelf life. No MSG has been used in its production either, so it can be safely and deliciously eaten.

This product uses an essence that contains lemon juice and distilled water as its main ingredients and will give your skin plenty of moisture. No fragrance has been used in order to make it safe for everyone to use, but you can smell a faint lemon scent after opening the seal on the packaging.
One box comes with three masks inside, so it’d be great to give them out as souvenirs or use them during your trip to treat your skin.
