The chef of this shop is actually an expert on French cuisine. The soup is made from white soybean paste and dark soybean paste from Hokkaido blended with many kinds of spices. You'll find that the sweet taste of the vegetables and the miso flavor make a good combination and somehow you'll be relieved by the flavor.

You'll never get bored of eating a whole bowl thanks to stir-fried ground meat and a spicy aftertaste. Yellow curly noodles originally from Hokkaido taste wonderful with the soup and a soft-boiled egg.
