In addition to the spring events, the park’s popular HANA-AKARI illumination event will be held until April 9, 2023. In contrast to the spectacular neon glow of Yomiuriland’s winter illuminations, HANA-AKARI features gracefully lit gardens and bamboo poles and has been created with a more traditional Japanese aesthetic in mind.

Another hugely popular attraction is the stunning Floral Chandelier, which is made up of over 300 pots of vibrant flowers, suspended over and surrounding visitors.

The park is also home to the Starbucks Botanical Cafe, a stunning cafe space filled to the ceiling with plants and flowers. The cafe allows visitors to enjoy a coffee in an indoor space while surrounded by nature.
