The Far Yeast Tokyo Brewing, founded in Shibuya, brews delicious beer using water flowing from the Tama River. The owner, Shiro Yamada, encountered exquisite craft beers while studying abroad and established his own craft beer company upon returning to Japan. In 2012, a collaboration with a brewery in Belgium led to the launch of "Kagua," which gained prominence.

In 2014, taking inspiration from Tokyo, they introduced "Far Yeast," which has won numerous awards and gained popularity even in Taiwan, with a branch in Taipei. For fans, it's recommended to visit the brewery in Gotanda, where you can taste freshly brewed beer directly. A selection of 20 different types of draft beer is served daily. I used to live in Japan and managed to conquer 78 out of the 100 famous castles and 12 existing castle towers in 8 years. As a history enthusiast, I also have a passion for baseball and Japanese dramas, which have driven me to visit all 47 prefectures. I hope to convey not only the scenery of Japan but also more of its culture and way of life.
