Coworking & community space “S-TOKYO”

S-TOKYO is a small complex (microcomplex) that includes a coworking space, cafe, and gallery. As a community where local businesses, startups, creators, and digital nomads from all over the world come together, we aim to be a place where various activities are nurtured every day.

We have pre-opened on November 22, 2023 and have started recruiting residents. The official reopening is scheduled for April 2024. In addition to operating it as a co-working space, cafe & bar, and gallery, monthly tenant members can plan and co-sponsor their own events.

The "S" in S-TOKYO has multiple meanings: seek, share, salon, and showcase. Together with our resident members and digital nomads, we want to make this place full of comfortable connections and new stimulation!

"S-TOKYO" floor introduction

On the first floor of S-TOKYO, there is a ``cafe/community bar'' open to the city . By day, it's a coffee stand serving aromatic specialty coffee, and by night, it's a bar that serves as a social gathering spot for a unique community, and events are held regularly.

The second floor has been designated as a "lounge/event space" where community members can take a break from work. It is a free space that can be used as an art gallery or a place to display products.

The third floor is a free-address coworking floor, and the fourth floor is a shared conference room . It is a coworking community space where unique companies and people active from all over Japan and around the world gather.

A new artificial turf "Sky Garden" will be installed on the rooftop . We plan events such as holding yoga classes and growing plants with community members that will help you feel refreshed and healed even in the city.

We will pre-open on November 22, 2023 and begin recruiting residents. The official reopening is scheduled for April 2024.

About the service

For the use of coworking spaces, in addition to Free Desk's monthly membership plan, there is also a ticket-type "Nomad Youth Plan" and a membership plan for companies headquartered outside of the Kanto metropolis and three prefectures in Japan. There is a "Local Company Plan" that applies discounts to companies.

When you use S-TOKYO, you will receive benefits such as weekly free beer and cafe discount services .

You can also use our affiliated local locations throughout Japan at no additional charge ! !

Management members select locations that are a place to work, but are also rooted in the local area and where the community is vibrant, and these locations are selected as partner bases. We plan to gradually increase the number of locations in the future.

An office base located in Koza, Okinawa City, in the central part of the main island of Okinawa. Okinawa has the image of a resort, but Koza is a deep local area. This space is located within the Koza Startup Shopping District community, where many challengers including startups gather.

② (Ishikawa/Kanazawa City) LINNAS Kanazawa Share Lounge

A shared lounge attached to a community hotel/Coliving base located in the center of Kanazawa. It is a HUB base where many local players gather, where various events are held.
