Misokin is a ramen shop operated by popular YouTuber HIKAKIN. Their first physical shop opened on August 7, 2025, within Tokyo Ramen Street, which is located at Tokyo Station, on the first basement floor of the Yaesu South Exit.
The Misokin ramen shop is situated in a corner of the new area where regional ramen from all over the country are gathered.

How to Reserve a Table: The Entry System for the Misokin Shop
The Misokin ramen shop requires a reservation. Please be aware that you may not be able to enter the shop if you go directly without a reservation on the day.
Reservations will be made through the electronic ticketing service LivePocket-Ticket.
LivePocket Reservation Process
1. Member Registration
You need to register as a member of LivePocket. It's best to complete the registration beforehand for a smooth reservation process.
2. Ticket Purchase
Reservations are made by purchasing a "waiting queue ticket." Please note that this ticket indicates the assembly time for the entrance waiting queue and is not the actual entry time.
3. Presenting the QR Code
Upon entry, you must present the QR code displayed on the LivePocket "MyTicket" on your smartphone. Screenshots or printed copies are invalid, so be sure to bring a smartphone that you can use on the day.
Identity Verification with ID
To prevent resale, you may be asked to show a form of personal identification upon entry. Be sure to prepare a valid photo ID (such as a passport or driver's license) that matches the name used for the reservation.
Ticket Price
The "waiting queue organization ticket" costs 1,200 yen (tax included) per person. This ticket includes the price of one bowl of Miso Ramen (Misokin). If you wish to add toppings, you can purchase them at the ticket vending machine inside the shop.

The ramen served at Misokin is a masterpiece completed through repeated trial and error, inspired by HIKAKIN's childhood memories in his hometown of Niigata. You can savor an evolved version of Misokin that tastes distinctly different from the cup noodle version.

The soup is a rich and mellow blend, combining a double broth made from pork bones and chicken bones (cooked separately) with a special sauce based on Niigata white miso paste.
For each order, ginger, garlic, and ground sesame seeds are added and heated in a pot, creating a fragrant and piping hot bowl of ramen.
This unique miso ramen features stir-fried, crisp bean sprouts, a special spicy chili oil, and chewy, thick, wavy noodles, making it truly appetizing.
