The ramen served at Misokin is a masterpiece completed through repeated trial and error, inspired by HIKAKIN's childhood memories in his hometown of Niigata. You can savor an evolved version of Misokin that tastes distinctly different from the cup noodle version.

The soup is a rich and mellow blend, combining a double broth made from pork bones and chicken bones (cooked separately) with a special sauce based on Niigata white miso paste.

For each order, ginger, garlic, and ground sesame seeds are added and heated in a pot, creating a fragrant and piping hot bowl of ramen.

This unique miso ramen features stir-fried, crisp bean sprouts, a special spicy chili oil, and chewy, thick, wavy noodles, making it truly appetizing.
