Open 6:30 to 20:00, HealthyTOKYO is a convenient choice no matter when your flight arrives or departs.

There are different options throughout the day, with breakfast choices, sandwiches, and meal sets where diners choose from lasagna, fresh salads, and savory curry. For a dessert or snack, try the muffins or a freshly-baked slice of cake. HealthyTOKYO is one of the few places in Japan where CBD oil* can be added to drinks, too.

All employees speak English and are happy to offer you their suggestions on what to order.

*CBD oil, or cannabidiol oil, is a type of oil extracted from hemp plants. It is thought to contain health benefits and pain-relieving properties. It does not produce psychoactive effects. The high-quality CBD oil at HealthyTOKYO is vegan and made in Japan.

Pictured above is the lasagna set (1,400 yen before tax), which comes with two salad sides. The voluminous slice of lasagna is flavorful, filled with soy meat, and gluten-free. The two sides chosen were the quinoa salad, colored naturally pink from beets, and a kale salad. Both salads are refreshing and pair deliciously with the creamy, rich lasagna.

Muffins are available and convenient for those on-the-go. Pictured above is the sweet potato muffin (650 yen before tax) which is very enjoyable as breakfast. Containing small chunks of Japanese sweet potato and nuts, it is a very tasty way to start the day.
