1. Hakutsuru Sake Brewery: Founded in 1743, this long-established sake brewery has been brewing for over 270 years. Its slogan is "Sending familiarity through time," and it is known throughout the country for its distinctive, full-bodied, crisp, and refreshing flavor. It has fascinated many people as a sake that accompanies their daily meals, but recently, the sake made with their original sake rice, Hakutsuru Nishiki, has been gaining attention.
②Kiku Masamune Sake Brewery: The museum has a theme of learning about the origins of sake brewing, and visitors can see exhibits such as the "Nada sake brewing equipment" that is a nationally designated important tangible folk cultural property, and the throne that Emperor Showa once sat on. At the Kiku Masamune Sake Barrel Meister Factory next to the museum, visitors can also see how the wooden barrels used for barrel sake are made.
③ Hakutaka Sake Brewery: It has a mild aroma, a sharp and crisp taste, and a good aftertaste. It is a sake that goes well with a wide range of Japanese cuisine and can be enjoyed cold, at room temperature, or hot. Hakutsuru sake is the only sake brewery in Japan that has been selected as the cooking sake for Ise Shrine, and is offered to the shrine every day.
④ Hamafukutsuru Sake Brewery: You can observe the sake brewing process through glass. You can see the actual work area, smell the aroma of the mash, and experience real sake brewing. You can also enjoy tasting unpasteurized sake and sake tasting (fees apply).
