Green Tea Espresso? Recharge Your Energy At Caffeineholic
Need an energy boost? How about drinking something delicious? Stop by the newly opened caffeineholic, a cafe with selected organic teas and coffees you can blend with milk, soda or even beer.
Open In Toranomon, The Business District of Tokyo
Toranomon is located in the Minato ward of Tokyo. It is a central area for politics and finance and is an area right next to Kasumigaseki, the heart of Japan's politics. With many famous industries and embassies of the world based here, it is considered to be a major business center of Tokyo.
Within the busy quarter of Tokyo, the world's first caffeine charge bar, caffeineholic opened its doors in August of 2016. It provides caffeine that is good for the health, beauty, and provides energy.
At caffeineholic, they introduce how caffeine helps boost energy, assist wakefulness, increase concentration, give a relaxing effect, and burn fat.
Three Types of Espresso Bases
At caffeineholic, you can enjoy rich flavors of green tea, black tea, and coffee in a shot glass. You can also blend the shots with either milk, soda or even beer.

You can sit and relax inside the cafe space, but the main trait of caffeineholic is the standing counter bar made for espresso drinkers. In Europe, you may frequently spot espresso bars, but the only spot in the world to drink coffee, black tea or green tea shots at a counter is here!
Espresso shots made of green tea, black tea, or coffee cost 200 yen per shot with tax. It is about the same price of general energy drinks sold in Japan. You can easily refuel yourself here just like by drinking standard energy drinks.
This is the green tea espresso. It uses safe and edible tea leaves from the tea producer Yamaei, located in Kakegawa city in Shizuoka prefecture. You can savor the rich flavors of the selected tea leaves in this one shot.
For more information about the direct connection of the manufacturing and cultivation of tea leaves please check out Yamaei's website.
Delicious Hot Dogs!
Aside from drinks, caffeineholic carries hot dogs that are a perfect size to munch on for busy workers who have their hands full. You can select from ten types of sausages made in Japan along with three types of original bread you can combine them with. It is a must-try when coming here!
Same Building, Different Shop, Go Upstairs to WORKAHOLIC
WORKAHOLIC is Japan's first and largest work-chair select shop.
Formally, it was a shop in Akasaka, Tokyo, but it recently reopened in the second-fourth floors of the same building as caffeineholic. They have a great selection of ergonomic chairs that were created to fit the human body structure and movements.
In this unique shop, there are staff members called chair concierges who help customers to select the perfect chair suited to them from among the various types. The store itself is like a gallery and is very fun to look at with a drink in hand.
A Stylish Atmosphere Like a Clothing Shop
Inside the cafe, you can find the latest business magazines and economic newspapers always in stock. There are also plenty of comfortable chairs that are being sold at WORKAHOLIC upstairs. This is a great opportunity to try out the chairs of your liking or simply relax in a stylish environment.
You can also purchase mugs and T-shirts with the caffeineholic logo written on it.
The logo and shop character can be also spotted on takeout bags, paper cups, and coasters as well. You can indulge yourself in the caffeineholic world in the shop and even on the cups. The relaxing atmosphere may even make you forget you are in a bustling business district.
The stylish designs can even be spotted in the bathroom.
A New Movement for Caffeinated Drinks
Unlike the typical energy drinks you buy in supermarkets and convenience stores, why not enjoy a shot of organic caffeine in a stylish shot glass?
caffeineholic is the perfect place to savor not only coffee shots but also black and green tea shots. If you happen to be in the Toranomon area next time, it may be worth stopping by for an energy boost.
好奇心旺盛! I am very curious.
