3. Niigata Edition: Koshino Kanbai Flavor

Niigata is one of the main sake producing areas of Japan. Koshino Kanbai is a Japanese sake made by the Ishimoto Brewery in Niigata city since 1907 and has been loved by the Japanese ever since.
They are very particular about the crisp yet smooth aftertaste of the sake and are considered to be one of the best sake breweries in the nation. Koshino Kanbai itself is a famous sake with a refreshing yet crisp flavor that allows you to taste the true umami of Japanese sake.
This is an authentic snack collaboration between Japanese sake and senbei rice crackers.

4. Tokyo Edition: Tendon Flavor, Monjya Flavor, and More!

Four different flavors can be enjoyed in the Tokyo edition of this snack - all of which are iconic tastes of Tokyo.
First, is the ten-don flavored kaki no tane. Ten-don is a popular Japanese donburi dish where tempura is placed on a bowl of rice and seasoned with a rich sauce.
Next is the monjayaki flavored kaki no tane. Monjayaki is a dish made of flour, dashi stock, and various ingredients mixed together then pan-fried.
The other two are the rich demi-glace sauce flavor and the dashi curry flavor.
This Japanese take on demi-glace sauce is somewhat different from the original overseas version thanks to the spices that have been used, as has curry been changed to suit the Japanese palate as well. Enjoy these Japanese takes on international dishes!

5. Tokai Edition: Fujinomiya Yakisoba Flavor

In Japan, there are many B-kyu cuisines that are popular with the masses. B-kyu or second rank cuisine has gained enough popularity that there is a B-1 Grand Prix where the best B-kyu cuisine of the year is chosen.
Fujinomiya Yakisoba is a fried noodle dish created in Fujinomiya in Shizuoka prefecture. It has won the best B-kyu cuisine award for two years in a row and has been placed in the B-kyu Hall of Fame. This is the kaki no tane with the Fujinomiya yakisoba flavor.
