The Shinjuku Washington Hotel is preferred for independent travelers and business guests due to its convenient transport links, including the direct limousine bus service to the airport.
They recently introduced a special program called "Spice Up Your Morning," which aims to help gourmands savor traditional French cuisine. All branches nationwide will offer the crispy on the outside and soft on the inside "Croissant au Beurre" (butter croissant) and classic desserts such as "Canelé" and "Macaron," allowing guests to enjoy the sweetest flavors in the morning luxuriously. Even if you miss the limited-time dishes, the Shinjuku Washington Hotel main building offers a buffet-style breakfast on the 25th floor. Sarabeth's New York's Breakfast Queen sweets-centric restaurant is a hit in New York and enjoys a certain level of fame worldwide.
The flagship store was established in 1981 in Manhattan's Upper West Side. Its elegant, high-class, yet relaxed brand style has been popular with New Yorkers for over 35 years.
Recently, a branch opened in Taiwan, where making a reservation is quite difficult! In Tokyo, a branch is located in the Lumine 2 shopping mall near the south exit of Shinjuku Station.

3. Taste Authentic Red Bean Jam at TORAYA CAFE AN STAND
Since the renovation of Minami-Shinjuku Station (New South) exit and the opening of NEWoMaN, a center that gathers the latest fashion and culinary experiences, numerous unique stores have set up shop there.
One such store is the traditional Japanese confectionery shop, which has a history spanning 500 years in Kyoto and is significant in Japan's souvenir industry. They have opened a new type of store called TORAYA CAFE AN STAND in this location.
An absolute must-try at the Shinjuku store is their red bean paste bread. Made with red beans from Hokkaido and filled with cream cheese, it is refreshing and not overly sweet. It's the perfect snack for a quick bite when feeling peckish.
The Red Bean Paste Toast at TORAYA CAFE AN STAND combines sweet red bean paste and skinless red bean paste from Kyoto, allowing you to indulge in two distinct textures along with butter. You can also pair it with unsweetened red bean tea, which extracts the nutritional components from the red beans. This drink is not bitter but instead exudes a rich tea aroma.

4. Sip Fresh Roasted Coffee at Verve Coffee Roasters
Originating from California, Verve Coffee Roasters opened its first store in Japan on the 2nd floor of NEWoMan Shinjuku. They adhere to the "Seed to Cup" philosophy, ensuring transparency from cultivating beans to serving guests a perfectly crafted cup of coffee.
The Shinjuku NEWoMan branch is their first overseas outlet and offers exclusive Tokyo limited edition merchandise that even U.S. stores do not have.
