3. The Access Express

The Access Express offers direct service to Oshiage (SKY TREE), Asakusa, and Haneda Airport without the limited express ticket charge, so we recommend this way if you want to travel on a tighter budget. A round-trip ticket for The Access Express is about 1300 yen and it takes 1 hour from Narita Airport to Nippori Station.

4. Airport Limousine Bus

The advantage of taking buses instead of trains are their multiple destinations.

The Airport Limousine Bus has many destinations (Tokyo Station, Haneda Airport, Shinjuku, Asakusa, Ginza, Roppongi, Yokohama, Saitama, Disney Resort and so on) in Tokyo. It costs 3000 yen (from Tokyo Station to Narita Airport). The fare is a little bit expensive but it takes you to your destination directly, so you won't lose your way.

5. AIRPORT BUS 「TYO-NRT」

This shuttle is limited to Tokyo and leaves only from Tokyo Station. However, it costs only 1000 yen!! (from Tokyo Station to Narita Airport)
The first bus leaves at 1:30 a.m. and the last bus leaves at 8:00 p.m.

Furthermore, you get a special ticket package (1400 yen) which includes a Tokyo Shuttle ticket (900 yen) and a Tokyo Metro 24 Hour Ticket (710 yen). It's a very beneficial package.

To Sum Up

If you want to arrive at your destination quickly and comfortably, we strongly recommend taking a limited express such as "The N'EX" or "The Keisei Skyliner". However, if you want to reach your destination more quickly and without even the slightest chance of losing your way, we also strongly recommend the bus. Chose which route would best suit your needs for the trip, and most importantly, which best fits your budget and schedule.

Hopefully, this article has shed a little more light on the various means of traveling from Narita Airport to downtown Tokyo. Once you reach Tokyo, you will find a whole new world of things waiting for you!
